Can bet that some people have never watched Cuadrado (regularly) and are only judging him based on our players' form and/or performances.

I wouldn't be very surprised if that was the case, I just don't understand the need to write about a player when you don't know about him. I doubt many people have the time to watch games from multiple leagues regularly, I certainly don't and I wouldn't waste mine or anyone's time trying to guess about the player's attributes.

I remember the same thing when Costa signed, many said he wasn't good enough and look at him now. I will reserve my judgement after Cuadrado plays a handful of games wearing a Chelsea shirt.

Salah hasn't played to be POOR!

When you bring player from bench, you expect him to make difference, but Salah is never even involved in play after he comes in. You have players who are realy eager to do sth and Salah doesnt look like one.

Its harsh, he was never given fair chance, but he never will either. Not under Mou and with his kind of approach. And for that matter its better if he leaves and plays regular football.

And beyond that I trust Jose and the Board. We have been spot on with so many of our signings its hard to argue with their judgment.

Isn't that what half of the members do?

They base their opinion on a video or two.

I haven't got a clue how on earth you know what his approach is. He is someone who has come from the Egyptian league and made an impact on the biggest stages to be where he is now. People are dismissive of players they know little about or aren't from bigger countries.

Yeah, but I guess that is part of being in a forum. Otherwise it would be a boring place where nobody writes about any players :)

Your loyalty to Mo Salah is something else though!

lol... Oh ya I forgot Jose is a moron he's got the Egyptian Messi on the bench.

No, he has favourites.

This quote from Ba applies to more people than just Mourinho:

Sometimes when you are at a club with a lot of big stars, the name counts for more than the statistics.

True, but if you have an opinion it should be based on something worthwhile. Highlight reels aren't ideal.

My loyalty to Salah is mainly to do with him being wasted, but I would have the same discussion in Schurrle's thread if he wasn't playing. I would have no problem with Salah waiting for his chance (if it ever comes) if he had Reus, Bale, Robben on our right wing, but we have bloody Willian.

I will post this quote again, as this is the reason Willian gets a bye.

A name counts for more than the statistics.

Of course he has favourites! PEOPLE HE TRUSTS TO DO THE JOB! I can't believe we're getting into a discussion about the merits of playing Salah in a team that has lost 2 games all year and have been brilliant. For Salah to get into the squad he has to show he's capable of playing our style and there hasn't been a hint of that when he's played.

That isn't the reason, and most of us (who have our eyes open) know it.

I'll end this pointless discussion now, as I can't be bothered talking about something your clearly unaware of.

Hhahahahaha So now Willian, a guy who just barely got into Brazil last year and before that was in exile in Russia is a bigger name then Schurrle who won a World Cup? You're embarrassing yourself.... Jose is loyal to those who are loyal to him. You show loyalty by going out and doing the job you're instructed to do. Salah has been invisible in the games he's played in, mostly against league one and championship sides. If you can't do a job against that lot what makes you think the manager is gonna trust you to do a job against better teams? You have to earn that distinction its not gonna be given to you.
