I think best choice to pick between these players : R.Rodriguez,L.Shaw, A.Moreno,J.Bernat. Rodriguez can make us even stronger. 20 million will be enough for him plus he is still young.It has to be taken into account how much experience within the squad we could lose this summer - cole, lamps, Eto'o, Luiz and possibly the likes of cech, Mikel and torres. We can't just replace them with all kids, we already have a lot of younger players.I believe this window was all about getting 2-3 players at their peak in key positions we needed to strengthen. But we could keep him for extra reinforcement on our attack vs lower table defensive sides.Remember, versatility is one of the reasons we'd like to sign Cesc (we do not have this kind of player atm) and a reason that made Luiz interesting as midfielder.
