Unionjack 7,531
Hope the lad gets some time on the pitch today. Kickoffs just starting.AM got a bloomin good side again. Buying Vieto and Martinez together and Griezmann. Greedy buggas! You would think they would give us Griezmann seeing we let them have Torres and Filipe back eh. termninja 5,290
Worst move this club had made in a long, long time.I completely disagree. The worst move was Torres by the way. Luis was a great deal because we replaced Cole with one of the best fullbacks in the world who was there when it mattered and had Azpi gotten injured, Filipe would've replaced him well. Sadly for him Azpi was a machine, but we were always covered well on the left because of him. All in all, we spent a few millions for a fake loan of one of the best fullbacks in the world who also settled well with Thibo and Diego, and to me it was a decent deal. raven8472 32
He played well tonight . Shame it it didn't work out for whatever reason. Simeone must be happy he's back at A Madrid iseah100
The Chels 2,502
https://streamable.com/ohqg Nice goal. Happy for him that he's once again an integral part in probably the best defensive side in Europe. A pity it didn't work out for him here but he was always going to be more appreciated by a manager that understands the importance of pressing, defending proactively and (shock horror) a left-footed player at LB. *Z4YN 69
Sent off after a hazardous foul against Messi. Still don't know why José let him go from Chelsea.
Beigl 1,387
Another player that Mourinho completely ignored for no reason. We had the best LB in our squad but Mou insisted to play Azipilicueta out of position so he can play Ivanovic at RB. We all know how well that worked out this season. And if we just kept him we wouldn't had to overpay for a 21 year old unproven guy from a german midtable club. Stats and manpe
!Hazard! 3,394
One of the best LBs in the world, if not the best. And we Mourinho let him go so that Ivanovic could still have a place in the squad. Madness.

Actually reminds me of Di Maria at times.

Popular Post! petre.ispirescu 4,928 Posted April 13, 2016 Popular Post! Share Posted April 13, 2016 What a travesty. He's been nothing short of superb this season. Good enough to challenge Barcelona and Real Madrid for the title and also to make it into Champions League semifinals, but apparently not good enough for Chelsea because of Mourinho's paranoia, constant favoritism and genius tactical ideas such as the fact that Azpilicueta has to play there to cover for Terry's lack pace and other horse shite. Blue_Fox_ 2,086
Now on this i agree with the lot of you, was stupid not to play him last season. The guy is a class act.

Blue-in-me-Veins 4,067
You gotta laugh to stop yourself from crying about the situation tbh. Wonder who was advocating for KDB/Felipe Luis/ to play back when they were with us? And each just launched their respective teams into UCL Semi's.  ?? I can never let it go, when the amount of talent deemed 'not good enough' was so obvious to thee untrained eye. This wasn't just 1 or 2 that got away, but like freakin' 5/6 players that should be contributing to our success right now. The talent was literally oozing out of the lot of them. chelseafan26
manpe 10,861
Come on guys, Baba Rahman is obviously better, no? In seriousness, I have to agree that we made many appalling transfers. Such things essentially cancel out the brilliant signings of the likes of Fabregas, Costa and Willian.
CHOULO19 24,332
What a performance last night! MOTM for me by some distance  Oh, and for those trying to rewrite history, the problem with this 'hindsight' of yours is that apart from a few glimpses Luis never actually impressed playing for us despite getting many chances and even long (6-7 matches) runs in the team and he was consistently outperformed by Azpi at LB. He just was never able to replicate his Atleti form with us. RoyalBlues, Tomo and Essien19
