I liked Kalou, he seemed like a nice boy. Still think he was average player at this level (before Chelsea's metaphorical plain crash). Him ending up in Berlin didn't surprise me. But his ability to score or assist at any time, whether as a starter or sub, made him a valuable squad player, I agree.

We have been missing a decent striker for ages - I just want a new Jimmy - he was lethal anywhere in the opposition third! I won't say Drogba as he's a freak player - one every 20-30 years, just a Jimmy would be so nice right now
