First being the baggage that comes with him, second being that he explicitly has stated several times that Atletico is the only team where he wants to play. Now, everything is clear: showing Contes' text to the press was just his way of forcing the exit. The issue is that Atletico, being his only possible destination and on a ban until Jan, feel they don't have to pay that high for him. After all, no competition and no urgency... He'll probably go to Milan, tear it up, and help them win/challenge for the title and then start kicking up a fuss after not enjoying his off the pitch life. Knowing Milan are loaded now I really hope the club can get a respectable fee for him. Not the laughable fees that Atleti were supposedly offering.
