agreed...even on Match of the Day they said he was fouled.

The keepers knee definitely makes contact to make Costas leg give way and him lose his balance.

Had this been the same incident by an outfield player on the halfway line, a foul would have been given

Time to end my against him regardless of some of his flaws. He's been immense since Jose was sacked, movement, sharpness & finishing have both been back. Looks like the Atleti Costa again.

Spoke of how he admired Diego Costa, said he was an absolute class act. Spoke of how much quality we showed against them in the 3-0 win at SB, said we are just a strong and very good side.

He's far from perfect but he's the best striker Chelsea can get their hands on. The superior strikers are out of reach. I'm not a fan of his but at least you can count on him to finish, even in high pressure situations (he's been disappointing in the CL though). We can only hope Michy develops into a true world beater.

As for his disciplinary record and behaviour, I'd advise anyone to stop fussing over it. It's never going to change. He'd be a lesser player without it. It's his strength and his weakness.

If only he could keep his general play simple. That's definitely possible, depending on his own will to change/improve. The pretending to be Henry thing he does is very annoying. He needs to know his limits.

Completely isolated because we play with Oscar and Matic (yes that assist doesn't take away that he is clueless going forward) as advanced midfielders, but he did score again with his only real chance in the game. I hope Costa can keep it up, a goal- machine upfront is exactly what we need if we want to compete for a top four finish, especially if you consider that we aren't going to get many goals from the likes of Willian and so on.

If Costa plays like he has so far this season in terms of his application on and off the ball and continues getting into the positions he is getting in to, he will score 15-20 goals this year. His hold up play is incredible in comparison to what it was last season under Mourinho, he's really sharp, just hope he doesn't pick up any injuries.

He's been immense this season. Tore Leicester's CB's a new one last night even though he couldn't finish his chances. Great disguised pass in the build up to Cesc's 1st as well. Something he rarely does.

Always nice to see him score goals and taking names (as in defenders). Definitely the striker we deserved after the fiasco of forwards we had only a few season ago.
