🇪🇸 Diego Costa

I think Antonio fully intended to keep the stance on Costa not being for sale and I also think Diego has kicked up a stink about it which has forced our hand.

I felt it too... at the beginning it seemed Conte was very fond of Costa, played a huge part in his plans, but now Conte isn't sure whether or not Costa will be around this season. I'm with you and think Costa would like to go back to Spain, Chelsea isn't allowing him that, think if he had his way, he would have left last season already. The people in charge know that finding a goal scoring striker is a difficult task, so they won't let Costa off the hook easily. Can you blame them? Definitely not.

Now turning to a different poster,

nice texts@Henrique. We had problems in the past, mainly because of one case, but not this time around, keep it up!

"Diego is a forward and he knows that, in my idea of football, the forward must be a point of reference for the team. I don't like that a forward moves around the pitch. I like him to stay there [in the box] because you are a forward and your commitment is to score goals and to stay in the right position. You are a forward - not a midfielder, not a defender."

Good.

Hopefully this mean we done see costa trying to dribble past player on the wing.

Guess he didn't get the memo...
