Personally, I wouldn´t call it a gray area. To me, it´s a legit concern. Cesc might be a great addition to Chelsea, but certainly he should not be paid the highest wage in the club. It creates an envious feeling among the players.

That's encouraging stuff. Granted Milan don't put too much pressure on him but he plays a lot of nice quick balls, a lot of two touch stuff (unsurprisingly) and the ability to advance the ball through the defensive lines which Ramires struggles with and Matic only does occasionally. He follows his passes intelligently as well.

A few times he gets caught in possession and I'm still to be convinced what he can do when we don't have possession but there's enough about him to get excited.
