"He is a kind of player that Chelsea don't have at the moment. Great players are always great signings. We know him well, he was one of the best players in the Premier League while playing for Arsenal and is a player who brings a lot to the team," Torres said in an interview with Movistar.

"He is a player who brings ball control and goals. If he feels important, if he feels like a leader he proved at Arsenal that can lead a squad."

To be fair, Torres was at his world class best when Stevie G was feeding him from deeper in midfield. Cesc is just as good, if not better at that so maybe if Torres stays he can be an effective player again.

We all know that these days Torres needs the ball served up on a silver platter in order to put a chance away.

According to sources in Spain, Cesc is 100% coming to Arsenal. He will NOT be joining any other premier league club.

The clause Arsenal have doesn't become active until Barca accept a bid from Chelsea. This is why Arsenal haven't yet submitted a formal bid.

Arsenal fans are so delusional! some think the only reason Jose wants Fabregas is so that he can get one over on Wenger!

I wouldn't say done deal but people such as Torres and Azpilicueta will be saying the right things to him you would expect. Not so worried about Arsenal supposedly in for him, he's sailed that ship and it's time for a new challenge and where better than here and back to London.
