Yep. Spain hide his deficiencies and maximize his strengths. The intense pressing, high line, off the ball runners & possession oriented play just doesn't exist at our club .

Not at all. The "accommodations" we would need to make for him are what the team needs, with or without him. We need attacking fullbacks, we need another midfielder who is good on the ball, which are things you need to help Fabregas to succeed. Also, many fans have been crying out for Chelsea to play a more possession based game, which would help Fabregas as well as Hazard, Pedro, and Willian. Fabregas' is key to this team as he does things that no other player on the team can.It's vital that the manager makes some accommodations if he wants to change the way our season is going.

Its sad to see for player like fabregas will likely to struggling more with this current system which mourinho build.

Meanwhile, when the team play to his strength, he likely to have better performance far more consistently.

not what I meant. As many said, if we switch to 4-3-3 and have more athletic players beside him in the middle, he will feed the three forwards better than anyone in this team.

He has limitations and there are some games we shouldn't play him at all, but the system exposes him and the fact most players are in terrible form (as a consequence of the system, but also their own), it maximizes.

I don't think he jeopardizes a whole system, and with a better approach, the team can be more offensive, Hazard can run the show and Cesc can be what he does better: a guy with incredible view and execution. He's too smart to be used like he's been.
