Then why the fuck does he keep on crossing? He plays like he doesn't have a brain sometimes. He knows he doesn't have the pace to go around the opposition's full-back so he lumps hopeless wild crosses (most invariably blocked by the first man) into the box. Why he is considered an untouchable, I will never know. We looked better last season when we had bloody Bertrand at LB and Azpi at RB.

We need to play these guys in their most natural positions and stop with all the bullshit.

It doesn't matter, our players were flooding into the box, he had options to aim for - a low, hard cross into a dangerous area could have at least tested their defence. You seriously can't be defending Ivanovic's dreadful crosses because we haven't got height in the box.

On two threatening occasions he completely killed our attack because of his inability to cross effectively.
