No check the ; in the line-up. It's definitely 4-2-3-1 + Mourinho can always bring Hazard in at the end to replace Essien with Ramires then partnering up with Mikel.

All these starting XI stated on TV, websites etc are not always black and white. They just follow the standard 'procedure' in stating the XI.

We started with Cech, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpi, Mikel, Ramires, Lampard, Oscar, Hazard and Eto'o against West Ham. I'm sure all the TV, websites etc stated it 4-2-3-1/4-3-3 but it turned out to be a lopsided formation of those.

Maybe you might be right in saying it's a 4-2-3-1 with Ramires starting out wide given, after all, he started him there against Spurs (which is at the very least was understandable) but then again, I wouldn't expect Mourinho to be conservative and do that against Derby.

I get that he wants to win this cup, but come on, play your bench. It's good enough vs most PL teams let alone Derby County

Guys ffs, we can't play all of our 28 players. Then Ba has to play, then KdB has to play, then Bertrand has to play, then Baker has to play. It's not possible with all the other players that need to play aswell. Get real!

Idd, and why start the players that dissapointed the team last game. It's also about sending a message to everyone to work hard if you want to get into the team (even against lesser teams).
