The good Chelsea turned up today thankfully. We just need to do it more consistently.

It was an all round good team performance. I thought really stand out performances were Frank, Oscar, Ivan and Azpi although everyone did well. Good passing, good shots and some great goals, onwards and upwards.

COME ON CHELSEA :)

Thumbs up:

-Lampard, from a useless DM to a solid rock CM. Hope Mourinho learned the lesson.

-Oscar, who won us the game with his penalty and his goal in the first half.

-Azi, who who was really good. Cole must be worried.

-Mourinho: made a unpopular selection, but that proved to be a great idea at the end of the day.

Thumbs down:

-Really, really, really useless game from Eden Hazard, perhaps his worst with Chelsea shirt. Despite some appearances in 1st half, most part of the game was really difficult to even notice he was on the pitch.

What? That was his best performance in a Chelsea shirt this season! He was quality IMO. What us fans want to see from him on a regular basis. Where did you get the idea that that was his worst performance in a Chelsea shirt. Sorry but I find that a ridiculous statement. I hope you are sober making this comment Henrique :D

Not the best performance this season but its nowhere near the worst! He got an assist and a pretty good number of key passes. He did really well even though he looked like a ninja sometimes haha. Henrique might have been watching something else along with the game.

Great win and probably the best game we've played all year. Not sure what everyone is going on about though. It was the same 4-2-3-1 system we always play just with Lampard getting to go forward a lot because we dominated possession. Ramires was on the right and Lampard was in the pivot though and was very good there beyond just the goals. He had a few great, quick passes to set-up attacks (Including the pass to Hazard that led to Oscar's goal.) and he defended well. Everyone played pretty well but Oscar's pressing was fantastic and Hazard created a lot. Don't like Ramires on the right and this was generally a sub-par game from him.

I don't think Ramires was wide right. He was drifting in a lot

I just watched this match thanks to the downloads on this site. The second half is still downloading but I was so satisfied after the first half, I don't even think I need to watch the second. Nearly everyone could be voted MOTM; Oscar is a close call, but I gave my vote to Lamps for sentimental reasons. Very, very satisfying smashing the bubble blowers at Upton Park given that my best friend supports them.

I don't think Ramires was on the right. He was playing central

I think it was quite fluid, with players changing positions. He may have started on the right because that's what the teamsheet says, but the teamsheet isn't a set in stone law to abide by. Ramires was all over the pitch, always where he needed to be. On the right or the centre, he was rarely if ever out of position.

Even though, I was happy to see Chelsea winning last night, I still like to ask...

Were Chelsea so good to win convincingly or were WH so shitty ?

I believe, WH weren´t much of an opposition, last night. Chelsea still needs to be tested by better teams for us to judge where this team is at.

A bit of both maybe? I don't think we were mediocre or average, but nor overly incredible either. West Ham didn't bring much to the table, but had they scored on that Demel dribble, they'd be right back in there. :)

I didn´t see any threat from WH. I even thought, our bombastic Jose could have played Essien earlier, KDB or anybody around 60th minute.

You can only beat what's in front of you, and we did, easily. Whu where poor but let's remember this was on the back of an international break where players have travelled a lot of miles and also after a poor show at home to west brom.....

Simply put we performed very well.
