the team is playing well, if we can't beat them at home after they've come back from russia then we ain't ever gonna do dis, lets confident be

Yeah but they got pretty much a better squad than us. It is like saying if Cardiff don't beat us next time then they never will :)

Some of our supporters seem to agree with the waiters teams,Jose will get team selection dead right,we are playing at home and City Will be worrying about us ,my team will resemble Jose's.

Cech

Ivan

JT

Cahill

Bertrand

Lampard

Ramires

Willian

Oscar

Hazard

Eto'o.

Jose will have seen Bayern take City apart with a pressing game,we need to do the same and. Toure needs to be forced on the back foot, that will be the key.

if Jose persists on Lampard (which I think he will) then the ideal line-up for this game will be this:

-----------------------Cech------------------------

Azpilicueta-----Luiz------Terry------Bertrand

------------------------Mikel------------------------

-----------Lampard----------Ramires-------------

Schurrle------------Oscar-------------------Hazard

this line-up will dominate the midfield....we can score goals without a striker as we've been doing for most of the games.....if until 60-th minute we still don't score, take off Lamps for Torres and shift Oscar to Lamps' position.....if Schurrle underperforms, take him off for either Mata or Willian....we'll be fine.

I know that Jose won't play this line-up but still...

Torres/Eto'o will start the match, we will never play with out a striker again unless all 3 are injured.

Ramires Mikel Luiz Scurrle

Playing with 12 men will definitely give us an edge. Wonder why Jose didn't think of it before!

Schurrle, Bertrand, Eto'o and Willian for me.

No chance, imo. Hazard and Oscar are nailed on starters.

yeah I knew that was coming when I said Willian and Schurrle, but think Willian should after not playing against Schalke.

Somehow, if Chelsea can manage to win here, I see the club going on a winning streak of 8-10 games afterward.

To me, this is the most important game of this season, psychologically.

It could well be! look at last season that 3-2 defeat to United broke us mentally! if we win on Sunday it will be massive for us with a run of very winnable fixtures after the City game!

Yea, right. Now that our strikers started scoring, he'll definitely switch to the striker-less false 9.
