Unlucky for Schurrle, he was getting better and better lately, on the bright side it seems to be just a minor injure which means he'll only miss one game I assume.

As for tomorrow's team selection, I considered the option of resting players but I'm not sure Jose will, given that their last game was on Tuesday - and some only played 45 minutes - and they had a day off on Wednesday and the game being on Saturday that would be plenty of time to be in top physical condition I think. But I'd love to see Willian start though, I think he's earned it with his involvement in the few minutes he played against Norwich.

Striker Fernando Torres could return from a knee injury sooner than expected when Chelsea play Cardiff in the Barclays Premier League on Saturday, but Ashley Cole (ribs) and Andre Schurrle (leg) are out.

Torres, who was expected to be sidelined for three weeks and also served a suspension at Norwich, is back in contention, but left-back Cole, who missed England's recent matches, is set to be replaced by Ryan Bertrand.
