We've got Stoke, Southampton and Arsenal in the space of 8 days after this so I'd be inclined to rest the likes of Mata, Hazard and Ba.

Turnbull

Azpi Cahill Ivanovic Bertrand

Ramires Lampard

Marin Oscar Piazon

Torres

That squad will not win. The only 2 trophies we can win this year is this and the FA Cup. They should be priority.

Martin Lipton says Torres will indeed start.

If Swansea play as poorly as they did at times against Arsenal it shouldn't matter that much. Then again, it's fucking Torres so you never know.

Just played a game on FIFA with Chelsea against Swansea. Won 2-0 and Torres scored both goals. :P

If torres starting means Ba starts in the prem game then i am fuly on boad with that. If torres starts vs swansea then starts vs stoke i will be annoyed... Espically when ryan nelsen had torres in his pocket for a whole game. What do you think is gonna happen when he goes up against one of the best defences in the league...

Our record under Benitez at the Bridge haven't exactly been impressive - P5 W2 D2 L1. Two of those wins have come against Nordsjaelland and Aston Villa.

Away from home, it's a different matter altogether - P8 W6 L2. Overall, P13 W8 D2 L3.

But those two wins were the 8-0 against Villa and 6-1 against Nordswhatever. It seems we either under-perform or play as world beaters at the bridge under Rafa. We need more scrappy 1-0 victories if you ask me..

I know, hes pretty mustard on FIFA. not reflective of real life at all.

I have e mailed EA Sports as well asking for the facility to be added whereby you can change the appearance of the manager in the technical area to a Fat Cunt doing a Sudoku

Nice to smash teams like that 6-1 and 8-0 but not much point of winning games like that if we can't beat others at the Bridge.

We probably have overused the goalscoring quota in those 2 matches. We failed to score in the other 3 games!

This is how stats can be deceiving: "Under Rafa, we've scored 14 goals in 5 matches at home. Who says our record has been bad at the bridge?"
