Special Juan 28,323
Rubbing out the last few years of his contract, that's ideal. Let's remember the money we have saved on wages for other players and money made on the sale of players such as Luiz and money made on Mata and the out goings on players such as Cesc and Costa. We are well within the driving seat. This is working out very well if we now fetch in a good quality striker.Be happy. Diego

The Skipper 20,609
Is it just me that's disappointed it's only a loan (even if when he comes back he'll be a free agent?). Popular Post! CHOULO19 24,332 Posted August 29, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted August 29, 2014 I know it's only a loan, but can we move this thread to ex-blues? Better yet, delete it. Burn it. Erase every single evidence of it's existence! The Mak, The Skipper, Diego and 3 others

KamikazeBlue 337
the reason it's a 2 year loan is because that's more beneficial to Chelsea FFP-wise than simply giving him a free transfer. CHOULO19 and Fernando

CHOULO19 24,332
how do we win if we are still paying some of his wages, no way Milan are paying his full wage I think they could be since this is a loan and not a transfer, hence they won't be paying any fees.
