Charly Musonda Jr.

It's weird that he says goodbye to youth team while they still have a couple of games to play this year.

And by the way, Charly must be the most glamorous footballer without playing a single game in professional football. All these photos with Pogba, Sterling, Hazard, Jorge Mendes plus interviews with the media like he would be already a superstar :D

They actually only have 1 more game to play this year :). Musonda's not a part of the U19 youth league squad.

Also good news, he's going out on loan. Before he removed and edited the post, he wrote that he's looking forward to continue his development on loan (and one day become a Chelsea player). Hopefully it's not Vitesse or a championship side, im betting it's a french team. Hopefully it's AS Monaco or Olympique Marseille.

Edit: Apparently West Ham are in pole position to take him on loan, because Chelsea want him to become physically stronger and get used to the Premier League. Monaco and Marseille are also interested. But they are only interested in a 18 month long loan (West Ham would also prefer that). https://www.voetbalkrant.com/nl/nieuws/lees/2015-12-07/musonda-zou-deze-winter-voor-18-maanden-uitgeleend-worden

It seems that Musonda is going to stay with us. Although he is going to go on loan to another team in January, Which it is better for his future and for us.

He is one of the best young talents in the world, who the fuck i'm kiding? All of our academy players are one of the best prospects in whole world, but sad that we never gonna use them with our curent manager...

But i'm very happy that he is going only on loan, he needs to play more first team footbal. Glad that he is going only on loan because losing him would be one of the biggest mistakes.

Rodgers would play them I hate Rodgers but there's one thing about him he gives youth players a chance in the 1st team

I'd take Rodgers as a caretaker in a heartbeat. We'd lose some matches and concede silly goals but we'd also score enough to blow away some teams we have been struggling against while integrating some youths. It would set the stage to hire a more complete manager in summer. But for Musonda it is too early either way. a loan would be good for him to get some consistency in his end product and add some pace and lower body strength.

Also, Rodgers has been here before so he would be faster to get up to speed. However, there is a reason he was fired. He just isn't good enough.

he ALMOST won the league with a mid table team having one world class player. he made sterling what he is today, saw the potential in ibe and made him a starter.

the lack of quality in the pool squad was so obvious compared to ours.

does he have his faults - god yes. would i currently take him. god, yes!!!
