Recommended Posts

So the Ballon d'Or shortlist has been released:

Sergio Aguero

Xavi Alonso

Mario Balotelli (WHAT THE FUCK)

Karim Benzema

Gianluigi Buffon

Sergio Busquets

Iker Casillas

Cristiano Ronaldo

Didier Drogba

Ramadal Falcao

Zlatan Ibrahimovich

Andreas Inieista

Lionel Messi

Manuel Neuer

Neymar

Mesut Oezil

Gerard Pique (ANOTHER WHAT THE FUCK SELECTION)

Andrea Pirlo

Sergio Ramos

Wayne Rooney

Yaya Toure

Robin Van Persie

Xavi

I would love Didier to win it, think either Messi or Ronaldo will end up winning it though.

Honestly though Pique and Balotelli? Well Balotelli actually was decent in the league sometimes and had a productive Euros so maybe his inclusion is justified. Pique though just what the fuck FIFA.

On November 29th they will announce the winner and two runners up.

How Alex Ferguson got into that list is beyond me. Finished second in the league last season. Was knocked out in the Champions League group stage before being embarrassed by Athletic Bilbao in the Europa League. Joke!

Isn't Ballon D'Or is about the year, not season? So United getting embarrassed in CL group stage shouldn't be taken into consideration... Although it wasn't much better in Europe league.

Ronaldo will get it i believe but to see Balotelli and Rooney on that list makes me sick. Mata is a true artist and has been incredible for a year. Balotelli didn't just have 1 good match at the euro's, he had one good match the whole of the last year. Tbh let Ronaldo win it, at least he probably deserves it and it might make him feel loved again, the cunt.

Srsly WHO THE FUCK is making that list ?

Karim Benzema ?

Ramos ?

Pique ?

Balloteli ?

Rooney ?

Neuer ?

My top 3

1.Ronaldo

2.Messi

3.Falcao

Honorable mentions Yaya Toure - the guy was beast this year.Ibra - he may be a bitter cunt but his arrogance is backed up.Pirlo - turned Juve into pretty strong team, same with his national team. And about CFC players well we played shit and dire in 90% of the games last year even Drogba who is in the list probably had his worst year in terms of number of goals and overall skill.

Doesn't really matter in United's case, does it? They have been utterly average for like 1-2 years now. The fact is Fergie didn't win any trophies to warrant him a place in the shortlist. Managers like Rene Girard who won Ligue 1 with Montpellier on the back of shoe string budget and he's not even up there?! Ridiculous!

Which is really what I pointed out in my post myself (Although it wasn't much better in Europe league.), just pointed out that part of your argument was't really valid when it's about this year.
