After a minor blip between 2006-2010, normal result pattern's in Chelsea vs Spurs games has been restored.

I know, I think we also need to think how much of a big game this was, with the AVB factor, Spurs in form, all the bollocks with Terry and Cole, even though them two can play with pressure anyway. And of course the big blip we've had at White Hart Lane, and a 4-2 win despite it all. Very good win that from Di Matteo, just need to keep it up.

Makele scoring and JT getting sent off and us loosing in 2006 just upset things for so many years...run of losses..then draws now a win hopfully all back to normal there!

Solid performance from us. The first 10minutes of the second half wasnt all that good. but its exactly what spurs aimed to do, and they did it well, they just couldnt defend the quality we had after that. we are playing very well, very calmly and patiently and its beautiful to watch.

Man city were lucky to get all 3 points today. hate that. Arsenal losing at the moment. If we can keep this up all season I dont see us losing a game! we seem to be getting better with every performance.

CHELSEA!

Just to throw in a couple of stats:

1. First Premier League win at White Hart Lane since 2005. And first London team to beat Tottenham there since 2007!

2. Chelsea only picked up 8 points from 8 PL London derbies last season. They have now gained 7 points from 3 PL derbies this season.

3. Roberto Di Matteo is unbeaten in 9 matches against Tottenham as player and manager.
