We Hate Scouse 10,326
Nah he isnt . Matas a great player and with experience he may become better than Cazorla but he isnt atm . Not a chanceHow exactly is Cazorla better? What more does he offer? Baffled.
MarinHazard 2
How exactly is Cazorla better? What more does he offer? Baffled.Hes a better playmaker. Comes deep and completely runs the game in midfield but then has the passing and creativity to deliver in the final third. Not many players have both . Silva , cesc , mata are final third specialists. Cazorla basically is an iniesta lite where he can completely control the game but also act in the final third . Mata has an extremely promising future but hes not better than Cazorla currently, which is no slight on him as 4 years younger .
KonohasOrangeFlash 2,607
What nonsense. Until only recently, people barely even knew who Cazorla was and now he is better than Juan Mata? LOL
Beigl 1,387
The stats doesn't told me that Cazorla is better than Mata, not even when Juan was a player of Valencia.

LOLAnd they knew of Mata before he moved to england? Just typical epl watching fans ignorance. Go on any barca, rm , la liga forum theyll tell you about Cazorla. Cazorla has been a man stay in spanish national team for years. Hes first choice when xavi or iniesta are out , Del Bosque doesnt trust any of the aforementioned to play in the deeper role dictating the midfield play . How do Juan matas stats stack up with xavi and iniesta ? Bet he blows them out the water. Hes a final third specialist not a playmaker

Fair enough but Mata is much better in the final third. They're different types of players I guess. However I suspect most people would choose Mata in their team before Cazorla. Mata is just simply better and more creative.

Jase 43,479
Are there any prizes for saying who's better than who? First, it's Oscar better than Hazard/Mata and now it's Mata better Cazorla. Give it a rest fellas! None of you are really gonna agree with each other anyway and the more you argue, the more you'll just be going in circles!

Mata is just about as good as Silva.Nah not really. I think youre underrating him severely . I also think Mata is as good as Silva but I like Cazorla more than both - think he offers more to the way a team plays. Pointless argument anyway .
