Term-X 7,891
A lot of people were asking Jose's decision make Oscar main 10 number and sell Mata. I've always defended Jose by saying "Jose knows what he is doing". Now there is an answer.No.Not even 10% of TC were saying that, you are in the majority.. not the minority. As a Chelsea fan if you agree with Mourinho, then you are in the majority. Nothing original about those thoughts you had, in fact.. not even 10% on TC were against the decision, more like 5% (mostly trolls/newbies) and Gilvorak. iseah100
borriske 330
Try him on the right wing. I'm tired of watching him slow down out attacks in the center of the pitch. As opposed to the wings where speed isn't important?
Amblève. 4,995
As opposed to the wings where speed isn't important?Because Willian and Schürrle use their speed to their advantage on the wings, right?Playing winger isn't all about speed. Oscar has decent speed, he has a good first step and he knows how to pick a pass or cross from the right side as we've seen plenty of times under Benitez and at the world cup. When Willian was taken off the pitch yesterday Oscar played his best period of the game on the right flank. Maybe the opponents were tired, maybe Oscar got lucky with a few decisions/crosses or maybe he is simply better suited there. If everyone's fit, personally, I go with a midfield-3 of Matic, Fabregas and Ramires with Hazard and Oscar on the wings. The way Ivanovic has been playing in the final third so far makes anyone playing with him on that side less meaningful simply because Ivanovic has been that good. Having someone like Oscar who can make a more adventurous pass should be helping Ivanovic even more.I don't wanna watch Willian do his step-over and go to the right move anymore. That's basically his only way to get past defenders and it's not effective at all. Laugh1ngMan, borriske and killer1257
sutro 1,026
It seems that Oscar en Hazard are very close friendsAt Chelsea there are plenty of compatriots in the dressing room and he enjoys spending time with them. Its impossible to miss his close friendship with Eden Hazard, too. They are Chelsea contemporaries, having signed in the same summer, and a strong bond forged off the pitch has helped build their relationship on it, he says. Barbara 15,149
It's a shame Hazard fucked up that pass. Was that his best ever in a Chelsea shirt?he's made similar passes like that before, but nobody remembers them.I wouldn't say it was his best because *I* don't remember many things he does. He isn't a memorable player. But early this season he played some sick passes too. killer1257

Beepu 1,714
I thought some people were quick to jump the gun last season regarding Oscar's form. I've always believed he has huge potential and I stick by it, he and Hazard is this club's future. iseah100 and bluesman2610
