Some of the values on transfrmarket are skewered for players that were bought for ludicrous sums that don't reflect actual value. Hulk, Ozil, Neymar and so on. It tends to even out a bit eventually.

In the past there was an incidident with former NT coach Leekens witch sortof gave him a bad image in Belgium. plus he was playing in France at that time, so alot of Belgians rated him lower then some of the Belgians playing in the EPL at that time. many even rated KDB higher for example. (KDB produced better results in the NT).

i would say there were definately alot of Hazard hates among the public untill recently who thankfully have been shut up this season.
