Looking at that video the overriding thought is that if we ever get a technical striker that can consistently play a good give and go Hazard he will score a lot of goals.

He's being too inconsistent for me and not influential enough. Azpillicueta is a worthy candidate alongside Hazard for the award. He's being magnificent. but then again defenders generally get overlooked these awards.
