I don't think it's too far fetched to say he may be the player of the season next year. Definitely he is the kind of player people will pay to see at the stadium. But I think he has played games with minor injuries before.Watching Lilles, I was often annoyed by the fact he was playing every game, nearly every minutes while on some occasions it was obvious he was bothered by some problems and was limping a bit by moments. I saw text saying he limped off but it dindt say anyone came in for him.In injury time he made a run from mifield and reached the goalline, crossed the ball defender blocked it. Ball goes out for a corner and Hazard grabs his hamstring.Game was over for him. We already made 3 changes so 9 vs 10 in the last minutes. I've never seen a player this quick with the ball at his feet, at least I can't recall anybody. He's so fast there is no other way to dispossess him at full speed other than fouling or, like in that injury situation, block the ball. In him we got the pace we needed and more. He will now get a fully deserved rest in the summer and I cannot wait to see how he performs fresh and with the debut season behind him. lucio 5,418 Posted May 11, 2013 Share Posted May 11, 2013 hopefully he will be ok if he does nothing but rest. i know its not the same but when ive hurt my hamstring running it was more or less fixed after 2 days. he managed to walk by himself but with a limp. hopefully eva will work her magic and he will be fit.
