Hiddink said this before the Everton game. "There were no injuries in [the West Brom] game," Hiddink said. "The only one not available yet is Eden Hazard, although he is on the pitch working and I hope in the upcoming week he can enjoy full training sessions and then we can decide whether he can join us for the Arsenal game. Bluelsthecolour 61
As long as he doesnt go this winter im all good. I think its inevitable that he will join Madrid later, but not on this terms, i hope/think he will want to finish strong. Stats
JaKstone 307
If he goes we can say bye bye to trophies in the next years. Only potential replacement for someone of his abilities would be Reus which is injury prone and Bale which might not even want to leave. Anyway an overhaul of both defence and midfield has to happen, regardlessΒ of Hazard 's future,Β withoutΒ that overhaul in both department we're not going to win any trophies in a very long time. Winning trophies is in noΒ way tied down to Hazard, more like winning the occasional match here and there. bellion, Fulham Broadway and Essien19

King11Didier 916
What a massive boost he could get if he score against arsenal today after his injury. If he do it, he could probably turn the cards and be a really important part of our team once again. His confidence is really low and as soon as he scores goal, it will grow much and will show the world why he is one of the best in this game. blues.bridge and Stats

Sir Mikel OBE 4,920
Turned on the class when he came on. Looked a little big, but that is expected. DYC. 7,542
Β Easy to forget how good he is. This reminded me why I fell so hard for him. Otherworldly awareness. Mustafa 885
In those 20 minutes he played, he showed WHY I dont think he'll ever become the best player in the world.Β He had two HALF CHANCES. Chances where, if he used his ability, pace and energy because he just came on.. He could've sealed the game for us and bagged his first goal this season. But as we have seen time and time again, he shies away from responsibility. Real lack of killer instinct. And what i dislike the most about the two occasions where he passed sideways to his teammate instead of going alone (which he is more than capable of), was his reaction when they made a mess of the chance. There was none, he just turned around and walked back without any care in the world. It's beginning to look like he doesn't care.. or doesn't care enough. Idk about you but if I hadnt scored since May, and I gave up a good opportunity to my teammate to put away a chanceΒ I COULD HAVE taken, I'd be pissed... So idk. I really don't know with Eden Hazard any more. It's like I care because I love the guy and he has ridiculous amounts of potential which I'm afraid might go unfulfilled but at the same time, I don't care as long as I get to enjoy watching him week in week out cuz he's a beautiful footballer. (Not gonna lie tho, as much as I enjoy watching him play.. when he does shit like what he did today.. I screamed at the screenΒ Β cuz I desperately want him to do well, almost more than he wants to maybe)Β Blue_Fox_

Share Posted January 30, 2016 2 hours ago, BlueLion said: Β I agree, but only with your point regarding Diego.Β Β You can excuse the striker for cutting an isolated figure when the midfield behind him can boast the same inventiveness and incisiveness that a three year-old could. But that is the issue - Hazard has been, all season, akin to that three year-old midfielder. He looks absolutely useless at everything he attempts. There is an obvious crisis of confidence and theΒ onlyΒ conclusion I can come to is that the boy's heart isn't at Chelsea. He seems to have lost his hunger, whilst Diego has had his reinvigorated. I'm not holding out for a similar transformation by Eden.Β Β But anyway, this is Diego's thread.Β Aren't you skipping over the fact that Costa had a period where his off the ball movement in the box was non existent ? Kinda difficult to create chances for your striker when he's forgotten what a near post run is. It got so bad that Mourinho got into an argument at a game at half time, think it was against Tel Aviv and then benched him the next couple of games.Β Seems to me like you're using double standards when it comes to Costa and Hazard's poor form this season. Both have to take some responsibility for their poor form but both have also suffered from the poor team performances. ( and let's face it Mourinho also clearly had a negative affect on the both of them and the rest of the team this season.) You can't let one player off the hook by blaming it all on the team but then hold the other player 100 % responsible and question his commitment. Costa reinvigorated himself under Hiddink. Hazard hasn't really had the chance to reinvigorate himself, under Hiddink, since he still hasn't played much due to his injuries. So how about you give him some time to reinvigorate himself before you write off our most talented player we have at this club. Β "He looks absolutely useless at everything he attempts"Β Hazard's been poor this season but "absolutely useless at everything he attempts" ? What a ridiculous exaggeration. Willian in the best form of his Chelsea career has created 49 chances this season (and that's with taking the majority of ourΒ freekicks) while Hazard in the worst form of his Chelsea career has createdΒ 46 chances with 2 less games played then Willian but sure absolutely useless at everything he attempts...
