Does it though? Because Luiz is 29 years old now so a 5-yr deal would take him to 34; not sure that aligns with our policy (even Felipe Luis only signed for 3 years IIRC)

The club can spread out the reported fee over a longer period of time and if the club want to sell in 3-4 years they can still get something in return.
