Sure it might not have been a penalty any other day, but it's not a coincidence that this kind of things keeps happening to Luiz. He was absolutely amazing in the 2nd half though. If he keeps giving away these silly fouls, it's only a matter of time before more refs start awarding decisons against him without giving him the benefit of doubt they'd give to someone else who doesn't have the 'clumsy' tag after his name.
