Unionjack 7,531
I think its pretty obvious that it wasn't only Willian that was bitching about Conte in the dressing room.Β At the time all those reported spats of Luiz and Conte was coming out and they were trying to cover it up with the continuous injury BS. But you just know that the 2 best mates were stirring the pot back stage and all that negativity DOES rub off mo matter how much you try not to listen. And once one of them start getting bench time like Willian not playing because Pedros got the RW and Eden will be fit and hopefully AC starts pushing for the Luiz spot, the same thing is bound to re occur. No matter how happy everyone is right now. I dont like thisΒ problem we seem to get with player power but as the articles have come out this week its not only Manure that the manager fails to keep respect. The players have the power unless the club gets behimd the manager and in allot of cases its just easier to find a manager and start fresh than lose players! Chelsea news: David Luiz makes Antonio Conte transfer revelation CHELSEA star David Luiz is the latest player to claim he would have left the club if Antonio Conte was still in charge. https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1008599/Chelsea-transfer-news-David-Luiz-Antonio-Conte-Willian-Maurizio-Sarri Johnnyeye and mccg

Chelsea is a good example of player power and i pray to God they dont try anything with Sarri, im sick and tired of these cunts getting away with everything and the manager always beingΒ made a scapegoat. Miki-Liki 405
Yet nothing of value would have been lost. Just spoiled garbage millennial football players believing they are actually good and who lose all their confidence once you point out they did something wrong. Thor 2,717
He made a mistake, but I feel he has been solid in his role.Β AC made a bunch of mistakes last season and we all wanted to let him play through it. I get Luiz is a finished product and he probably won't get better, but it was a case of switching off against a team that posed no threat until that moment.Β Sideshow Luiz and yuvala
OneMoSalah 8,886
Poor again. This will be a recurring theme. One good season under Conte does not change the fact for his entire career he is continuously caught out ball watching and that is a weakness that teams can exploit, especially if we have 75% of the ball and are constantly on the front foot (makes him even more dangerous). Just waiting for the oh but he can play out from the back shit to justify selecting him.Β Β Johnnyeye, MrExcalibur100 and the wes

El P. 1,354
Just shows what kind of master Conte is. To make this player actually look good... damn. Not to mention Cahill too. Johnnyeye
MrExcalibur100 7,124
He played in a back 3 under Conte. Totally different. Can't see him lasting the full duration of the season. Just hope when Christensen gets the call he grasps it with both hands. Johnnyeye and the wes

Special Juan 28,141
This should not lead to dropping him for Cahill, Cahill is woeful. If anything it should allow AC to get a start. 11Drogba and Unionjack

If anything it should allow AC to get a start. What have we done to make you even consider us swapping him out for Cahill? That would put evolution back years! Β What surprises me is why so many of us ARE surprised about his brainfarts. Hes always done exactly the same thing defense wise. He loses all sense of where hes at and loses all sight of the guy hes supposed to be marking. And this is the normal outcome. Hes just what we need going forward but hes going to fuck up like this and the question is can Andreas step up now?
