How does Bertrand have that man votes for MOTM? I thought he was quite timid getting forward and when he did get forward he was no where near the touchline. He wasn't awful, but certainly not that good. I thought we were really poor. No sense of urgency, I felt. Didn't look dangerous and didn't really threaten goal. Look lost without Mata in the side, really showed our lack of depth. 5s and 6s all round. Thought Mikel was the best of the bunch though.

Makes the CL final so interesting though. Huge match. Last run for the old guard, and a way to top of their Chelsea careers together, and the start of the next 3-4 years (it's much easier to attract talent if you're in the CL). All to play for, lose and get nothing.

As for MOTM... lol... only Torres seemed to put any real effort in. Disjointed today, I think RdM changed it too much in all honesty. Definitely the right idea to change the team ahead of Saturday, however an all-new midfield was a little over-the-top in my humble opinion.

True. In the first half Malouda was the sole outlet for creativity. He probably thought Meireles would link up well with Torres, but Raul didn't really turn up today.

Bertrand has MOTM votes simply because he gets the sympathetic youngster who is just learning still vote. Everyone was shit tho, Torres looked lively but never looked like scoring but seriously those players just could not be arsed to go out there. Now we will most likely keep Blackburn up too on the final day because we'll rest the WHOOOLE TEEAM! Rest for munich, love it :-)

I can not understand how di mateo throws in a lineup without mata field while the game plays as central midfielder Malouda and think sturridge should not play a minute for Chelsea .. Bertrand games it is not for the strong

Good chance to get boys like Lukaku and Josh (if we brought him back) out on show. Id even consider some of the reserves for a run out too
