I believe they made some changes to that ridiculous rule for this season and teams can't be fined for playing a weakened side any more. They are a really poor side but a side that seems to have our number. On current form we should give them a good whipping but in a cup final anything can happen. If there's one thing to admire about Liverpool, (and trust me, it was hard to come up with even ONE thing to admire about them... ) it's the fact that they always get up for the big games.
