Last time around at Wembley (capacity of around 90k), 25k allocation was made for each team with 20k(?) neutral and rest for sponsors or something like that. This time the Allianz ArenA can hold up to 70k and i tink it will be around 20k for each team.

according to official website

Ticket allocation and prices

We will receive approximately 17,500 tickets for the UEFA Champions League Final. Tickets will be priced at 70 Euros, 160 Euros, 260 Euros and 370 Euros. We have also received 200 youth package tickets for 1 adult and 1 junior (aged under 14) priced at 140 Euros. We have been allocated tickets in the north side of the stadium.

They are but the neutrals are the locals, which are BAYERN fans.

I wished it would be that way.

I know exactly one person who got tickets for the final, and she is the daughter of a friend of a friend (a 14 year old, who isn't much into football).

If I remembered correctly UEFA sold around 6000 tickets via there website, which was the only way to get tickets on an official way.

Everyone could buy a max of 2 tickets, so I assume that it is safe to say that around 3000 "neutrals" got tickets for the CL final.

And since it was an international sale, it is also safe to assume that those 3000 people are not all locals. In fact I am pretty sure that most of the tickets will land on the black market, and they will ask for an horrendous amount of money (someone wanted 13000€ for 2010 final tickets when I looked around for tickets).

So if those numbers are all true UEFA is going to keep 25000 tickets for sponsors and friends.

66000 avaible seats minus 17500 for both teams and those 6000 from there website.

Bloody hell, there is a champions league final in my town, and my team is also part of it (unlike 1997) and my chance to get a ticket is close to zero.

But hey the women's champions league final also takes place in Munich (at the old Olympiastadion) and I could watch that.

That's great, right?

Next year the final is in London again, right?

Good luck getting tickets as a neutral from the UEFA.
