At the end of the day I will still be watching this.

But I hope it don't ends up like a fail football league that WWE tried to make (XFL), total failure that.

However this is different because you have the biggest club that here in US people follow. Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, Manchester United, City, Chelsea, Juventus, Inter etc etc. As in the words of 2008 crisis, they are "too big to fail". These clubs do have great power in pulling this and they will do it as people all over the world will continue to watch them.

Now the leagues will be fool by kicking these teams out. They are dead without Real Madrid, Barcelona and such. So they should play it smart.

I will still support Chelsea and watch these matches.

This says it all. The top 10 earners we are missing Bayern and PSG.

They are forming their ESL and they can do it because they can. Weather people hate it and criticize they do it because they can.

Almost impressive that they looked at CL, and said we can do this better with our franchise shit league, and we can find even worse people to run it than Uefa... But they did. Well done. Hope this doesnt become reality, but I fear it might. Disgusted by all these clubs including Chelsea tbh.

But lets see what they can actually do I guess. If players from these teams, ends up being banned from their national teams and so on, that certainly is an interesting job for a lawyer to take a look at.

PSG’s entire modern existence and the entire reason their owners are there is to transform them into a European powerhouse. A club that competes for and wins the most prestigious European trophy. They may kick up a fuss now but I feel like it’s impossible that they don’t eventually jump aboard.

Nobody will care if they’re in some lesser competition beating up on the likes of Sevilla, Leicester, Roma etc...

the only reason they are delying this is bc they want to win a CL first.

I just dont get it..especially if we get thrown out the league. What is there to play for? Top finish but wouldn't that be it? Lose games and drop the table then what?

Wheres the excitement anymore. And expecting fans to travel to other counties and many times..its silly. They're losing a lot of respect from this.

The Pl is never gonna kick the big 6 out. I think the major reason why the leagues and uefa are threatening with the big guns is that they actually do not have the legal power to exclude specific players for their club affiliations or dock off points/ban teams on will. The leagues have no interest punishing their best teams.

lol 76% of City fans voted on poll they will not attend games anymore.... We have this proverb in my country, it goes something like this... Whore about honesty...

Yeah that will never happen.

During the first lockdown many people vowed to boycott football if they brought it back while the pandemic was still on, haven't come across a single person that stuck to his/her guns when the time came to actually do it.
