Mr. Justice 0
I have to ask. Who should play with JT on wednesday?
BlueLion. 21,491
I think Luiz-Cahill is a more complimentary pairing at present!
LDN Blue 7,903
Drogba did have a good overall game, but didn't do the job in attack though. I did like seeing him defend when we were 1-0 up, late in the second half. I wouldn't say MOTM because Cahill but in a great shift with Ivanovic. Lampard was good too. misschief 24
Cech was pissing me off a bit yesterday. Whether we were camped out in their half or not, I dont see a need for him to stroll quite so far out of his area - Stoke obviously picked up on it and could've scored with that lob late on. Bloody irritating
Laylabelle 9,539
He used to do a while back as well in games.Randomly taking a wander and then suddenly all panic when they come forward
Peace. 4,352
Can't believe some of the stuff i am reading. We never once looked like conceding, we had total control of the match and kept going at Stoke until eventually we found a breakthrough. If United produced a performance like that you would all be in the english football thread waxing lyricals about how it.Didn't see the game so I'll speak in general. First off, it isn't because ManUnited - a media's favorite - would be praised for such a performance that we should be happy about this performance. Secondly, to be in control against the away team which clearly came at the Bridge to grab the draw, moreover a team which was reduced to 10 men on the pitch... It isn't really a feat to be in control against such a team. I would rather say that it would be worrying if we weren't in control. Finally, to be in control means fuck all if you are unable to create clear goal scoring opportunities. I do not know if it was the case yesterday, but how many time this season we were dominating in term of ball possession while being unable to make a dangerous action ? My point here is that we shouldn't be satisfied by the ball possession if there's nothing concrete behind it. Once agin I speak in general. Laylabelle 9,539
Agree about the media part.So many times this season both Man U and City have struggled against 'small teams' and scraped a 1-0 win. They get praised for their 'champions' way or whatever.Whereas no doubt our win be seen as 'crisis' still or whatever they come up with
Kieran. 6,317
Cahill MOTM for me, with Mikel in 2nd.
incometax 116
Mikel has been excellent the last 2 games; if he keeps up this form for the rest of the season(dont see why not hes well rested), than we may have an ace up our sleeves

CHOULO19 24,332
Got to keep the faith brother KTBFFHYes we can. KTFI'm sorry guys but we really can't. We still have Tottenham at home and Arsenal, Mancity and Liverpool away. If we have the abillity to get 20 points from those last 10 games we would be competing for the title. If anything I'm counting on an Arsenal or Tottenham melt-down. Kieran. 6,317
Man City away we'll lose, but I don't know if you've been keeping up but Tottenham's been SHIT. We can easily win against them at home. Arsenal and Liverpool will be difficult, but it's not like they're that good. We can win both of those games.

Sheva. 5,373
A little more optimistic about our chances since AVB got fired - just didn't seem like the players were going to turn in a good performance for him anytime soon.Still badly regret our horrible form after we beat Man city, 3 wins in 12 league games after that, fucking pathetic.
