Popular Post! Muzchap 8,966 Posted September 25, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted September 25, 2015 Hm,this could be a reason, but how is he supposed to get better in that kind of area without playing more?Schürrle once said that the big difference between the PL and the Bundesliga is that you get your fitness by playing your games in the PL,while in the Bundesliga, you get most of your fitness from training because you actually can train more. The PL has more matches and one cup more,so it is obvious that the PL clubs can´t train that long and hard and need more rest that other clubs in from other countries.Schürrle said that it was hard for him to find that fitness in order to compete with the players who always played.Jose was also not the guy who liked rotation that much.I hope that they do not waste such a talent.I think the biggest risk when tired is injury. Therefore it makes sense to build players up slowly. The worst thing for him now would be to pick up an Injury - he's tired makes a lunging tackle - over extends his groin or some other muscle and boom - consigned to the sidelines.I'm cool with this progress - I screamed for it - it's happening - I'm good laura90, SinineUltra, stroey and 3 others
LondonsFinest 692
Firmly believe this now. I hope we don't sign Pogba. Not because isn't enormous quality, but because the similarities between him and Ruben are unbelievably big. He is jogging when not on the ball, but if needed he'll nearly crush the opposition with enormous physicality. Has strength going forward, has vision, tight passes, nothing too special, layed up and precise for the player intended. Ruben's got a great future ahead of him. With Cesc,Matic, him,Oscar(when on form) and Ramires we have a balanced midfield. Maybe add or swap Ramires for some other player who is a proper DM. Honestly, I'm so excited to see him play, because he just keeps things so tight. If continues developing like this and goes all the way, he could be a starter by next year, imo. kellzfresh

termninja 5,290
I remember a few years ago when he was really a kid, someone posted here that his name sounds like a pornstar name. Funny we're watching the lad now playing flew first team. And the guy was right, when he plays it's porn [emoji9]
Whiskey 173
Looks like Jose's bollocking has done him good, if only he was around to give McEachran the same.Oh please.. McEachran was never gonna make it in Chelsea. He's simply just not good enough nor would he ever be. Stop trying to find the old Lampard in him. For Gods sake, he's playing in the Championship. He's shit.
Vybz Kartel 1,613
Unfortunate that his at Chelsea, any other club bar city he would be playing way more minutes and playing ahead of Ramires and Mikel King11Didier, lucio and zolayes

didierforever 7,349
what an example for a young man. its not your performance that get you starts, its your "age", your "name" and your "transfer fee". killer1257 and King11Didier

didierforever 7,349
if i was him, i would bang on the manager's door till he opens or it breaks, and then tell him to start starting me if he can actually start cesc every match or take my transfer request. i am sure there would be clubs lined up for his signature. killer1257
Hybrid Angel 2,130
I wonder how I would feel If I were Ruben. Two man of the match displays when the team was under-performing. The result? Him being not even on the bench and a player who has done fuck all this season starting again. And there still will be ignorant football fans and pundits who claim Mourinho drops those who don't perform. Mourinho is stubborn, and has his preferences. zolayes, killer1257 and Vybz Kartel
lionsden 4,689
why didn't he even make the bench, that was rather disappointing and confusing given how well he's done recently.

My guess would be very excited and happy to be getting a role in the a team like Chelsea at the age of 19. killer1257 3,282
I believe he'll get time against Newcastle and Porto as well.He was not even on the bench yesterday.Let´s hope that he will get some minutes against Porto, but it is very unlikely because he could not make it even on the bench against the worst team in England right now.Depressing

That's not how professional athletes think. Especially at a young age. He wants to play. He's looking at Cesc and Matic, looking at their form and thinks he can do better. Up to him to convince his manager. killer1257

I think it would work quite well since both can go forwards and both can lock down. hjperdeath
