Popular Post! Atholy 1,293 Posted March 19, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted March 19, 2015 Many people were saying that the club was the big winner in the KDB story. Buying him for 7 million and selling for 22 million => € 15 million profit. If he would be sold for 50-60 million at the end of the year... This means Wolfsburg would get a profit of €28-38 million by just letting him play for one season!!!Imagine he would go to Man City (as a perfect replacement for Lampard of all people ) for this amount of cash.We really did the wrong thing here by letting him go!! End of story! MCM4PR3Z, Fernando, Blue-in-me-Veins and 3 others
Popular Post! Reddish-Blue 2,504 Posted March 19, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted March 19, 2015 If KDB got the amount of chances Oscar has been given in the CAM role, I don't think we would of sold him.I am glad that KDB got the chance to move to Wolfsburg as he doesn't deserve to sit on the bench whilst an inferior player (in terms of creativity) gets regular game-time in the CAM role. hamad138 190
He wont move , wolfsburg wont sell him this year. Wolfsburg have so much money, money is irrelevant for them. And if wolfsburg get a good striker, he has more chance winning trophies and Champions league then city for example. KDB compared to Oscar, Willian, Schürrle, Marin, Ramires, Salah... is just a No Brainer. He was the main man in pre season tour & man of the match in his 1st game at the bridge. Then benched and eventually got all sins of the world on his neck for a bad performance in a league cup game!No logic at all! This is a clear prove of bad management. Probably an ego thing from Mou.Interesting to know is that KDB recently gave an interview, saying Jose NEVER ever said a word to him. In 90% of the cases these kinds of players disappear in the unknown afterwards. But in the KDB story... this is really baffling!! laura90, manpe, Blue Colored Sky and 7 others

Cripen 110
People keeps telling stories about KDB - why he doesnt fit for our team, why he was not good enough for us, you gives some stats from his game that supposedly should prove that Kevin is nothing more than average/decent player. Well... I fuckin refuse to believe in that shit. Im pretty sure that he would be better for us than a couple of our current players. You will tell that he had his chance - he hasnt. He barely played. Oscar keeps getting this chances, Im sure that if KDB would get that game time we would had more benefit from him than from the Brazilian. laura90, Amblève., lionsden and 1 other
LAB 1,030
KDB must have said or done something to Mourinho. It cannot be explained otherwise. Jose maybe had his doubts about him as a player but he definitely didn't like him as a person. It's obvious that something happened. Unfortunately Jose has a big ego sometimes. Oscar 441
Do you have some inside information or are you just quoting the tabloids who are playing the guessing game?I never understood where he kept pulling out these numbers and club bids
MCM4PR3Z 411
I never understood where he kept pulling out these numbers and club bids Mediastories ofcourse, so you can choose to believe them or not . But some stories have to be true. Like if you have read the 20 different mediastories I have read about De Bruyne and Man Utd, it is almost certain that United has bid for him around €40M and that Wolfsburg refused it this winter. I have also read that Man City will make an offer this summer from at least 13 different sources. But refused/planned offers will never be official news ofcourse, so we can only read between the lines.

It seems as though Mourinho tends to give the cold shoulder treatment to the players he doesn't trust/like in his team.

United already have mata and herrara, who have similar skillset and can never start games under LVGCity, have a limited budget due to FIFA and I highly doubt they would use most of it on KDB, when they already have a better player in David Silva. United are the 2nd richest club in the world (by revenue) and City are owned by the Abu Dhabi group, who are a lot richer than Wolfsburg's owners. The redcafe guys never read German and English newspapers, they were full of it this winter.1. In January, different newspapers said that United wanted to buy De Bruyne the same winter transfer period.2. 3 days before the end of that period, different newspapers said that Man Utd made an offer and that KDB could possibly still leave.3. One day before the end of the winter transfer period, also different sources said that Wolfsburg refused an offer for De Bruyne of Manchester United.4. Different newspapers stated that United wasn't interested anymore in De Bruyne, because they didn't want to go that high.5. Different newspapers said that United had renewed interest in him and decided that they would make a higher offer in the summer transfer period. LVG starts fellaini over mata. I fully expect United's number1 this summer to be strootman.

In 90% of the cases these kinds of players disappear in the unknown afterwards. But in the KDB story... this is really baffling!! I agree...to an extent.KDB is not innocent in the whole story, but I do admit that about 70% of the fault lies with José and his dogmatic approach with some players like him, Mata etc. He made up from an early stage that he simply does not like a player and he seems to stick with it more often than not. However, the likes of Azpi and Zouma have fought their way into José's team...Saying that, it does not excuse KDB's atrocious performances against the likes of Brentford. I feel that KDB did not entire give 110% to actually fight for a place; instead, he thought he should be an automatic starter based on talent alone. Similar to Lukaku, but KDB has a lot more natural talent obviously. Maybe if KDB took some solace from Azpi fighting his way into Mourinho's plans he might still be here.Which brings me to Hazard. Hazard is peculiar because, essentially, he seemed to be the only one that Mourinho would tolerate no matter what, even if he would have a bad performance or not. I remember myself along with others calling for him to be dropped near the start of Mourinho's tenure, but Mourinho never did.Based on this, Mourinho seems to only have one place for a player like Hazard or KDB where he will tolerate them no matter what because he knows how good they can be. Or perhaps Mourinho was oblivious that KDB could be on the same level as Hazard. Either way, that part was Mourinho's failing. Not fighting for his place or giving 100% when picked was KDB's.
