Don't know how far in the game you are, but if you can try and get Xhaka, he is a fantastic passing midfielder. The perfect midfielder Barcelona would want, for me he has 19 composure, 20 passing, 16 creativity, 18 first touch, 18 team player, 16 stamina, those main stats alone make him a class player.

Xhaka is a brilliant player, I didn't sign him because I had got Benat as my DLP who was more experienced (which is what I needed at the time, my team was just too young). Might look at him for my long term replacement though.
