bushman 2,043
Benitez has been told by CFC to forget about signing players and focus on utilising the forgotten squad members such as Benayoun.(The Times)He has been told that last week. In other words, work with the players & hit the road in the summer.I envy him though. I mean Benayoun must be his favorite savior.
nadavTKL 1,787
No reason to spend alot of money in this window, this team still can and should get the 3rd spot, rafa is a joke and he should stop crying, the guy did almost nothing in three months, and got the team to look pathetic at times, Roman is 100% agree for not wanting to spend his money for Benitez's wishes. In the summer we'll have a new manager and we'll spend tons of money on players to complete our revolution in the squad. Right, we are lacking a CM right now when Mikel and Romeu aren't playing, but we shouldn't buy someone for 20-30 m when Benitez will probably make the call. If we could get someone good and cheap like Capoue so let's do it, otherwise no. kellzfresh

Rmpr 8,977
Balotelli to AC Milan, done deal?EDIT: Seems I was right! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21251291
Slam Dunk 1,442
^Looks like it will go through tomorrow. Couldn't care less about Balotelli, glad he's out of England to be honest. The worst part is that City will soon be in the market for a striker, and I don't think they're going to downgrade... The Skipper 20,609
Yeah, BBC reporting it's done. Shame he's left the PL, he was such an entertaining character.

Pizy 18,985
It'll be crazy difficult to get any higher than 3rd next season if they do indeed buy another world class forward.Between their strike force and United's it's gonna be really tough unless we massively improve in that area. DDA 9,983
Manchester City want AC Milan to increase their Balotelli bid by around £1.5m apparently.Milan fans really want him (it seems) while Juventus despise the idea of signing him.Milan's fans really want him because they are shit compared to their high expectations as a club. They would welcome any striker with decent talent. Juventua are riding high again and don't need the gobby twat, that's why!

communicate 2,703
Not really surprise that we do not make any more signing. January is not a good transfer window.in the top 4 only us and spurs that made any signing. We signed ba and spurs signed holtby.
yuvala 2,167
I actually agree with this. Mata looks knackered, Moses is still in Africa and Oscar simply doesn't look comfortable on the wings. Now we're going to miss Hazard for any number of games.I've been against bringing him back but we're looking seriously bare now, and he'd get minutes which wasn't the case before.yea I agree.Although we'll bring him back, and then Hazard gets back, and what then? Cavani might go to City and that would be horrible...I'd rather he went to city than arsenal. They have quality strikers so it wouldn't be that much worse for us, whereas arsenal would go from no strikers to a beast upfront, and that would be worrying. Or he could just go to us and we would be beasty...

They wouldnt be able to afford my used underware if I were famous, let alone Cavani!I want him here, so City selling Balotelli does not comfort me...
