I personally think that's a downgrade. Silva has improved leaps and bounds and has covered for KDB as playmaker. Grealish would be lost in a team of superstars.

Grealish improves any team, I would love to have him at Chelsea, if we didn't already have occupation on the left.

He improves us because our only wide playmaker is Ziyech. He offers a skillet that is not abundant in Chelsea. Same problem as Rice though, very overvalued.

Do you think Hakimi would have been good? I think prem would wear him down like Bellerin and he would not get the development he needs. Do you think Ziyech will come good too?

He would’ve been great at RWB. Has the tools to succeed.

Ziyech in my opinion hasn’t been too bad given the circumstances. Expecting a better output this season.

Like any English player who’s got some flair and skill to him, Grealish is massively overrated. He’s a solid player who supporters will love if he’s on your team but despise otherwise. But I don’t think he’s a top class or potentially world class player.

Never in a million years is he worth 100m but you can certainly see him being effective for a big club. He alone will probably win City 10 pens next season.

Bellerin was destroyed by that horrid knee injury, and Hakimi has far more talent anyway, plus is much larger, stronger, more durable, and has more pace.

We missed a great player but it is over and done with. I made peace with it a week after we lost out. Shit happens and we are not, nor will we likely ever be Real Madrid, the team many, if not most great players dream of playing for someday. Once Barca loses Pessi, they will not even be close to that level of pull. Thank fuck Real is Spanish. and run, to an extent, by fools that embody some of the worst traits of that culture. They survive and often flourish on brute force scales of economy and popularity, but they also are careless, spendthrifts, rash, lazy at times, sloppy, and overconfident too often, just not to the level that Barca is (Barca is better on terms of development at academy level however).
