Besides even if he comes, we'll still need a LWB. Now Ox might be decent enough on the left side but no way should we be banking on that as the main purpose of a wingback is to provide width and Ox on the left would look to cut in every time so not ideal if you ask me. Ox along with Ghoulam would be good though but not gonna get my hopes up for either of them. Expecting Drinkwater along with some unknown versatile fullback from Serie A. Ghoulam would be a nice signing but I don't see Napoli letting go of a quality player this late in the window. Can't we use our sources or something to get Aurier into UK? Ghoulam only has a year left on his contract and Napoli already have two leftbacks on their roster besides Ghoulam (Mario Rui and Strinic) so I beileve that if we offer them enough money, we can get him. Ricardo Rodriguez for 15m euros, just excellent business. Why we're not after him again? Put the same group of people into our board room and you think they'd get the same results they've achieved at Milan? I don't. Transfer fees demanded of Premier League clubs in general, and of our club in particular, plus increased wage expectations of players in this league, make the task of our squad builders an entirely different one to that faced by Milan. Throw in the unhelpful reputations we've acquired, and you're just not comparing like for like.

wilander 35
I know why Conte must fail in this season : Both Emenalo and Groanvskaja don't want any Chelsea manager has success in 2nd consecutive years! Otherwise, their power will be replaced by the coach! So, they sell out most of youth players and use first-out-then-in policy! It is obvious both Emenalo and Groanvskaja let Conte fails in this season! http://football.fanpiece.com/footballmatter/球會分析-為何總監和CEO上台後-車路士教練總不能長治久安-c1292629.html

The Sandro to Chelsea door closed a long time ago. Juventus won't sell two top-class defenders in the same transfer window. It's interesting that out of the top 6 premier league sides, Chelsea is the only side who became weaker in the transfer window. Spurs lost no-one, United lost no-one & got Matic, City lost no-one, gained 3-4 quality players, Arsenal lost no-one, gained a striker & Liverpool are in the same position as they were last season.
