Until that decision been made, the ban suspended.If they found out not guilty in December, then nothing change. If they found out guilty they cannot buy player in January 2015. Well, the first appeal did suspend the ban from April to mid August then, thats why they could register new players they bought. Second appeal hearing decision in December is yet to be made.
