Share Posted January 22, 2014 And anyone who believes Mata won't improve United is batshit crazy.We've coped just fine without any elite strikers this season, mediocre fullbacks and inconsistent play from our CM's.They're only 6 points behind Liverpool now. Adding a World Class midfielder who can score, always performs in big games and is one of the 3 best playmakers on the planet will be a massive improvement on Valencia and Ashley Young although he doesn't track back as well as those two. It's insane if you look at it as a straight swap between Mata and Moses, but Moses would be the 5th AM, behind Schurrle, and offers width and is pretty decent in the 4-3-3.
