Still waiting for your answer, cause i don't understand what you are implying by "common sense"

Don't need to imply anything. It's common sense that a man with AVB's football knowledge and basic intelligence wouldn't approach a possible game against Barcelona in exactly the kind of way that they want. Our quick passing can be sloppy enough as it is, with Barcelona's pressure we'd get murdered just like any team that tries to play football at Camp Nou.

Yeah and i did not thought AVB would do that as well at United own home, when they where playing some amazing football, and where scoring goals for fun.

AVB had the guts to play like that Old Trafford, so i don't see why he can't do the same at Camp Nou?

With all due respect to manure, Barca are a tougher nut to crack. In the CL final Barca humiliated ManU, didn't they hold possession 65% of time? Besides it's okay to take some risks in the league where one game doesn't necessarily determine everything, but in a knockout competition and especially at Camp Nou you have to take a bit more different approach than we did at OT. AVB went on a gamble and it nearly paid off, but we were still vulnerable at the back.. Barca, in my estimation, are much more ruthless in exploiting those spaces we left behind.

But who knows, if AVB gets things ticking much better than they at the moment are, beating them with their own weapon could prove to be the most effective method as of yet.

I agree. AVB will stick to his principles. He got criticized for sticking to his principles at OT but his answer was that we play for fans and he prefers attacking football. Remember this team is not the same as the one Barca faced.

If you ask me whether we can win against Barca if we were to play them in October? I'd say no chance.

We need time to gel. Remember we are still trying to find our best 11 under AVB. Also our strikers are returning to form but still aren't in form. In April I would be more confident of beating Barca with our football. Remember Barca play an open game they don't have a watertight defense just like Man Utd. If we had our strikers in form we would have won it same applies for Barca. I am confident we will cut them open. It's only a question of having inform strikers and having clam nerves.

This was told to me by a Man Utd fan after last years humiliation.

"I hope Barca are made to face Chelsea in the UCL knockouts next year cus they seem to be the only team that can put Barca in their place."

Which is true. Last time they beat us was when del horno was sent off. They have never beaten us with 11 On 11 men since mou took over. And the world knows they were very lucky the last time we met.

Andre is our secret weapon, i don't think many just realise how talented the guy is.

The manc clubs may look better on paper than us but every club he leapfrogged with Academica looked better on paper and when he came into Porto, Benfica looked better on paper too.

I agree. I want to face them in the final so fucking badly.
