Cause Carlo was one coach that did not wanted to change the squad and keep all the old players.

And Carlo has more experience then AVB.

The only mistake he made was not buying players in the summer after we won the league, he should've brought more players in rather than just Ramires. It was risky, but he was never to know how many injuries we had, and with Wilkins getting sacked it really didn't help, cause we needed him in the bad moment. We started off with a lot of injuries before the season i know, but when Essien got injured it just seemed to go downhill from there for me. And he never bought Torres, Roman did, i think the club bought Luiz too but i'm not too sure about that one Carlo might of gotten him. And i'm talking about at the end of the season, he is not going to annouce that he's going to buy players and if he doesn't then well yeah... it's perfectly natural to say were not going to spend but do actually spend for a manager, with the media we have like today no one can blame a man for saying it.
