ruggedknot 105
Well i also remember reading something similar about Coentrao. That Chelsea was in, and it seems nothing but BS to raise the price so that Real Madrid pay more.If I remember correctly and I do remember these things usually , the club sent a scout to watch Coentraro over a period of time while he was at Benefica. Presumably the same scout/s that had the assignment on Ramires and Luiz as well . Sky Sports are one of the few news outlets that actually take pride in the credibility of their reports , by general opinion after looking at all the dross scattered through the rest of the media . Whatever they get from other sources they clearly quote..and its not naive to assume the biggest private media conglomerate in the UK don't have certain suits who know the inner whispers of clubs in the league .Not saying they always get it right of course . I think i said in the past that Skysports have about a 95% reliability. The other 5% is laughable, like yesterdays article of Modric.

Guest justin_3d
http://www.skysports...7022764,00.htmlOk so i will give them the benefit of the doubt of this one. But what made me question Skysport was yesterdays pathetic article:Sky Sports News understands playmaker Luka Modric will tell Tottenham he wants to leave the club and join Chelsea. Really? how can you know he will say that, unless you are his personal agent?

Really? how can you know he will say that, unless you are his personal agent? that story was the general consensus on most media outlets yesterday and still today so there will be something in it. It only takes a friend or agent to say something to the press for a story to generate, sometimes its intentional sometimes its not and the fact that the media quote "a close friend or a chelsea insider" all the time makes it less believable for people but it doesnt mean its always wrong.
