£25m for nasri is overpriced? what would you call £50m for pastore who isn't any better than the Frenchman.

Like I said. In today's market, it's quite a good deal.

However he isn't worth that in reality.

Man City nab £20m Nasri

The French midfielder is close to agreeing a £150,000-a-week deal as City step up their summer spending spree.

The move would be a massive blow to Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson, who had hoped to sign Nasri himself.

City boss Roberto Mancini has told the club owners he needs five new faces before the start of the season.

Another Arsanal player going to Manchester City?!

Seriously guys. Next time City come to SB, let's chant "Are you Arsanal in disguise?!" :fainthv9:

That's.. Touré, Viera, Clichy, Nasri, Adebayor, Platt & Sylvinho!

Happy to see Kalou used as the makeweight if it were to happen . A double whammy with Sturridge to get the step up if he leaves.

Could see it how it would be an attractive offer for Kalou, especially with their addition of Gervinho.

Our old friend Ian McGarry is saying we are willing to offer £22M, or cash + player.

Think i'd rather just give them the cash.

Give 'em Kalou + £22m .. that will do nicely!

On a more serious note, I prefer Modric in all honesty though, at least he wants to join us, and he could be better suited for Torres.

Jesus christ....

garbosj Ian McGarry #CFC interest in Nasri doesn't affect bid for Modric. Different positions and AVB plan for team would accomodate both. #AFC #THFC

It would be amazing, but then what would happening with Lamps, Essien, Ramires, and with the others? Impossible...
