What do you mean? His calmness on the ball was good, alongside his vision to pick a pass. His control of the ball in pressure moments was there.. Either you didn't watch the game or you have never played before. I can't pinpoint which one it is because if you had you would see he did well.
If he can do this week in and week out as he did at Leicester, I would not be mad if he was squad player, and if not at least his value will go up a little bit.

Never said he was a good leader. He's just been there and done it. Where half these kids have not. Frank has spoken about this numerous times. I also don't see you in the changing room daily, so you wouldn't know what impact he has behind the scenes. You solely base that off what you see on the field. I'll take Franks' word for it.
I'm also not saying I want him to stay. Don't get it twisted. I just think if Frank wants him to stay for a season then there is a reason behind it.

Frustrates me reading stuff like this. Way more up for grabs than just a trophy in this game. Confidence for the young lads. Franks first trophy as a manager. A positive end to what was a very hard season and a very depressing one at that. This is the FA Cup not the community shield.....

This is a proper cup tournament, not one a one-off game for a trophy like the Community Shield.
Since we are in the final, it’s kinda BS to say it doesn’t mean much, particularly it is the FA Cup. Lots of players, especially the younger ones, haven’t won a single trophy in their career and winning it would help give that winning feeling and breed that winning mentality in the team, much in the same way it did when we won the League Cup under Mourinho in 2004.
