I will respond to your edited post.. You shouldn't give someone a job or equal pay because of their gender. The best person possible should get the job, it doesn't matter what gender they are. A women should never be appointed over a man just because they are female. That's the most illogical principle in the history of the human race, nothing will ever be more ridiculous than that. Hence = extremist Appoint the person, not the gender.
