This has Lampard's name written all over it. I don't like the 12 day wait though, as we're coming off a good run of games.
-
Roman >>> The Glazers Fergie's opinion on the sale ("I wouldn't sell them [Real Madrid] a virus") was disregarded.
-
Del Bosque doesn't watch enough Premier league football or Chelsea for that matter, hence why Torres was selected for the Euro's lmao.
-
I'd imagine he scores from every free-kick he takes in training, hence why he's stepping up over Hazard/Mata, he just couldn't convert on the pitch.. until now. On a side note, RDM should lock him & Cahill in a room together.
-
We're certainly the first PL club to integrate a group of brazilian players.. 'successfully'. Well, so far so good anyway.
-
Torres can't catch a break amongst the tv pundits, even when he scores a half decent goal all the focus is on the defensive lapses.
-
No. Someone said the 'n' word towards him, that was about the most extreme it's got on TC. However, I did say any 'fan' who actually wants Kalou to start games must subconsciously want to see the demise of Chelsea FC.
-
Not really.. At least Torres (at one point in time) was top quality, and deserved/earned the reputation he built for himself. The criticism Kalou received is incomparable in that repsect, and he was never 'Chelsea quality'.
-
I was 'for' the 1 year contracts for over 30's rule, but I think every case should be judged on a player by player basis. However, If a player doesn't reach a certain criteria, i.e fitness/performance assessment/career projection, then fair enough.
-
Oh ffs.. Fatigue, fatigue, fatigue. Play the youngsters for this one, makeshift rotation won't be enough to beat United, RDM needs to play all the youngsters and reserves.

Hugh? British comedy is world renowned, if you knew anything about history that is.

Chelsea tv better show the highlights to this tonight..

John Terry retires from England duty
Term-X replied to TacticalBlues's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
England get a lot of TV time over here, so I want to see Chelsea players representing the country. It has knock-on commercial benefit too (Gourlay won't be happy).. Rival fans are loving this, and are hailing the decision. They've finally got rid of a scummy 'Chelsea player', and it seems some Chelsea fans are kissing the feet of those rival fans. We should be acknowledging the injustice, but that's about it. -

Only 78 caps, it's a shame he won't reach a 100. The rival fans have got exactly what they wanted.. no more JT, the less Chelsea players representing England the better etc. Smh. -
Classical music has been sampled in rap.. Although, I'd beg to differ on the words Vs violins debate. Shakespeare Vs... man made object screeching.. (tongue in cheek comment)
-
Hip Hop is the most expansive, in regards to subject matter (lyricism) and production. Kendrick Lamar 'for example', uses a lot of Jazz samples, so it's far from one dimensional in regards to sound.
-
He's the type of player who will age well.. It's also smart to tie him into a new contract with Barca on the horizon.
-
Now you're just rambling.. There is a difference between 'Beautiful' music and 'intellectual' music, no other genre can comprise lyrical prowess in a piece of music like you can in rap, it's not even debatable.
-
I did in fact list an English professor, which you keep ignoring to further your deluded and bitter argument. Why would it matter if some nomark polish artist didn’t write/sing in English?, everything can be translated. The most ‘accredited’ music is in English, that was my point. Rap is poetry, and poetry alone cannot be classified as music.
-
James Peterson is an English Professor. Not that it discredits the other professors conclusions that is, they are intellectuals first and foremost. English is the only 'relevant' language in music, besides.. everything can be translated. I have further lists of intellectuals/professors who have expressed such views, which I will dig up at a later point. Essentially though, it all comes down to common sense, Which music genre is the most lyrical?.... Hip Hop. Thus, when a 'talented' artist is on a 3/4 minute piece of music, it is far superior intellectually (the technicalities of the lyrics/interpretations) than anything any other music genre can produce.

RDM's loyalty to Bertrand/Lampard/Mikel will cost him, the latter two especially. He developed a close bond with AVB's rejects during his tenure..
-
If Blue Bulls win their next game (which they will, because it's against UpTheChels) The Fookers go into the relegation zone.
-
Thought he could have come on a little sooner. Possibly even for Torres, if RDM had the balls to just do a del bosque, the understanding between him & Eden has developed faster than expected.

. Professor James Peterson . Professor Eric Dyson . Professor Sohail Daulatza . Professor Mark Anthony Neal . Professor Eddie Glaude ^ All responsible for the book 'born to use mics', in which a rappers lyrics were analysed, and hailed as 'genius'. I don't need to provide links, as all these guys can be researched.
