THIS is how much faith Roman has in Mourinho!, the russian is almost treating Jose how Ferguson was treated at United.. Chelsea Football Club is no longer run by the players or the board, the manager is in charge!, at last.

Think about it this way, we were worried how patient Roman would be with Jose this time around, well.. this is the ULTIMATE vote of confidence.

I wonder what his future will be when Roman sacks Jose and appoints Mata as player-manager, you know.. for the good of the game.

Just to clear something up because I've seen it mentioned a few times. Having a shorter season doesn't mean less development for players, It doesn't work like that. The rate in which you increase the players Development Value just speeds up, so after one game a youngster could be at 8 or 9 DV, for example.

There are two types of football fans, the Chelsea fans that still pine for a 'Zola', that one player we can look to and romanticise about. Then there's the fans of teams (units), i.e the sane ones...

Mata helped us win the CL?, lmao. *Napoli + a corner in the final*, other than that he did very little. We were over reliant on one player and because of that we were a mere cup team who couldn't challenge in the league. . Fragile/weak . Leaves full backs exposed when out wide . Zero pace (literally zero) . Limited to one role on the pitch

It's a great part-time game, in the same way a football fantasy league is. I mostly use it via mobile, whilst on the go, the more new people the better since most of the banter comes from press releases etc. The layout is easy to navigate for newbies, any questions about the rules of the game etc just post them in here.

How is it a shame?, we're winning and the system is working. I could understand the sentiment if you wasn't a Chelsea fan, but otherwise..
