You've lost your dignity and self respect with this post.. Blessing bushman (of all people) with such a response is like writing a 300 page dissertation to 'Honey Boo Boo' on political science
-
Hence why JimCFC (our admin) banned bushman from totalfootballforums, he didn't break the rules, his posts were just too retarded. Alex clearly hasn't got the memo..
-
Fixed it for you.
-
^ And this is coming from the guy with Bosingwa in both his avatar & sig...

As soon as United rejected the chance to get Mata as 'part exchange' for the Rooney deal, the club saved his (and their) blushes by covering it up. Going on to claim no player was ever actually offered. This wouldn't surprise me, no smoke without fire etc..
-
Oscar is our number 10, he's Brazil's number 10, he will not be moving into the pivot. We really need to clamp down on this attitude of 'when he gets pushed into the pivot', which a few members have been regurgitating. It's as if this forum hasn't seen the interviews, ffs.. especially the one above.
-
You'd think it would be an awkward situation, especially after their bonding moment when he scored in Madrid's final game of the season, not to mention the fact he refers to him as daddy.
-
He's been our (only) star player in the Premier-fucking-league and for one of europes elite clubs, YET.. still couldn't break into the spanish side. Him starting again won't change anything for him on an international level.
-
Post removed. You're not helping. -Alex.

The Mata+cash deal for Rooney would have been an absolute masterstroke, in time.. that would have gone down as one of the great controversial moves in world football. Moyes fooling himself into thinking he could accommodate that type of player, even with Kagawa's limited role proving otherwise. 2 square pegs, round holes.

The fiasco with the Legends title could have been avoided, it should have been treated like the moderator status. I.e admins hand them out and there is no discussion thread, which was the problem. I was the only member in TC history to be appointed a legend by the people, in the sense that the members (lead by Kieran) decided to petition the admins into awarding me with the status. I would have received it eventually anyway, so it was ill conceived. The problem however, was the discussion thread.. it gave people an outlet. Now the legends get treated like shit, and removing the feature was a spit in the face to people who've contributed and made the forum what it is.
-
Lmao, even in a state of inactivity I'm still the most influential member on the forum . All it took was one line.. and boom. Nah, there was just as many members. Don't be fooled by the numbers, TC has been very consistent in regards to the main pool of active posters. I blocked bushman (the only member I've EVER blocked), but still have to see his posts when people quote him. It takes threads out of context, when multiple people start quoting him. Thus, the 'blocking' system is actually impossible.
-
Nah, it was objectively better. The pub conglomerate changed the landscape of the forum.
-
I've won it before, back when the competition was higher , so there's nothing to be bitter about. Skipper & Strike are quality members, but in order to be considered you need to have an uber active month, which means 'putting yourself about'. Whilst the likes of Peace (for example) give us condensed gems every now and then, yet.. when it comes down to the voting, are forgotten about. Timing is also a factor, only the last 2 weeks of the month are considered by most casual members. Bushman (of all people) was nominated a month or so ago, on that basis alone the entire thing should be scrapped.
-
MOTM, aka quantity over quality award.
-
Judge?, there is nothing to 'judge'.. We know what type of player Mata is, and we know what type of player Oscar is. Training sessions or any time on the pitch isn't going to turn Mata into an Oscar or vice versa.
-
The Mourinho stories make for great reading, Zlatan articulates them as if referring to a mythical figure.
-
Unlike Mata he works harder for the team, tracks back and uses his physicality, and offers a lot more to our overall game. Once Hazard/Schurrle & Willian get into their stride, the wings will be 'CHELSEA' personified, just like in the Robben/Duff days. Thus, less emphasis and over reliance on the CAM. If Mata went missing last season and before... we lost.
-
Nothing to suggest that will be happening. Mourinho had plenty of time to experiment in pre-season. If Lampard is favoured over him in the pivot, that tells you all you need to know. Mourinho won't be restricting Oscar in a deeper role like what happened with 'former' CAM Mikel. He's Brazil's number 10 for a reason.. It's been posted before, but this is the single greatest article ever posted on a Chelsea player. 'Zonal Markings' Michael Cox on Oscar.. http://espnfc.com/blog/_/name/tacticsandanalysis/id/1713?cc=5739

Willian - Oscar - Hazard
-
hhhmmm..... Carlo & RDM Vs Jose-fucking-Mourinho & Brian-fucking-Clough! Hmm, tough one.
-
It has nothing to do with Willian, a 'winger' who will clearly be playing out wide for Chelsea football club. And everything to do with Oscar, Mourinho's first choice CAM. People are really putting their heads in the sand over Oscar's position, thinking he will get the 'Mikel treatment' and be eventually restricted to a pivot role. Or even more hilarious as Mata's mere back-up (Brazil's number 10!!..on the bench, lmao). Despite zero evidence to support such a notion.
